A BMW 2002 enters the workshop.
With the BMW settled in to the workshop, the shell was sand blasted and prepped for epoxy priming.Primer has been applied .
Start of the welding
After the shell has been braced the welding is started on the nearside with inner sill repairs and new floors
New panels welded in to a panel and bulkhead.
Major updates to project
Things have moved on in the workshop on the project as we have been so busy we have been unable to keep on top of updates.
The welding has now been fully completed. All bodywork on the shell has been fully completed including filler and primer. We have now prepared the underside which has been seam sealed and coated with a RAPTOR underbody treatment.
We have also painted the inside of the shell.
